Where communities in conflict zones and underserved regions have the same opportunities as those in the world's wealthiest cities. That future is possible. We are working to build it.

Six Pillars of Our Work
Clean Water & Sanitation
Safe water is the foundation of everything. Without it, children miss school, illness spreads, and economic opportunity disappears. Our WASH programs deliver solar-powered wells, sanitation infrastructure, and hygiene education to communities where clean water was once a distant dream.
Education & Opportunity
Education is the most powerful tool for breaking cycles of poverty. We build schools, train teachers, support girls' education, and create pathways to economic opportunity for youth and adults in Uganda, Morocco, and beyond.
Humanitarian Response
When disaster strikes, the most remote communities are the last to receive help. Our lean, relationship-driven model lets us mobilize quickly — reaching families in northeast Syria, post-earthquake Morocco, and other crisis zones that larger organizations cannot access.
Community Development
Lasting change is built from within. Our community development programs in Mali and beyond train local leaders, support women's economic empowerment, and strengthen the social fabric that holds communities together through hardship.
Research & Learning
We believe in evidence-based practice. Our research team documents what works, publishes findings openly, and continuously improves our programs based on real data from the communities we serve.
Accountability & Transparency
100% of donations fund programs directly. We publish annual impact reports, maintain rigorous financial controls, and hold ourselves accountable to the communities we serve — not just to donors.

We believe that sustainable development requires three things working together: trusted local partnerships, evidence-based programming, and long-term commitment. We do not parachute in with solutions — we build relationships over years, learn from communities, and design programs that communities can own and sustain long after our direct involvement ends.

Every program begins with deep community engagement. We spend months building relationships and conducting needs assessments before committing to any intervention.
Partner Locally
We work through trusted local organizations who have the community relationships, cultural knowledge, and operational capacity that outside organizations cannot replicate.
Build Capacity
Every program is designed to transfer skills, knowledge, and ownership to local leaders — so the work continues and grows after our direct involvement ends.

Every dollar donated to Blue Solaris goes directly to programs. Administrative costs are covered separately, so your gift funds the work — not the overhead. We are registered as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 88-1256550) and publish full financial disclosures annually.
